About
The person behind the projects.
Who I Am
I'm William Le, PA-C — a physician assistant, writer, and builder. I practice medicine by day and build digital platforms for healing knowledge by night. Some people find that combination unusual. I find it essential.
I grew up between cultures, languages, and ways of seeing the world. That in-between space is where I do my best work — translating across domains, connecting things that seem unrelated, and finding the thread that ties a clinical study to a thousand-year-old healing tradition.
What I Practice
I call my approach Complete Medicine — a synthesis of Western functional medicine, shamanic healing, and yogic philosophy. Not as separate modalities stacked side by side, but as a unified lens for understanding what actually makes people well.
Functional medicine gives me the biochemistry — the pathways, the root causes, the lab markers that tell a story conventional medicine often misses. Shamanic healing gives me the energetic and relational dimension — the parts of illness that live in the soul, the family line, the relationship with the land. Yogic philosophy gives me the framework — the understanding that consciousness itself is the foundation of health, and that liberation is not separate from healing.
These aren't contradictory. They're complementary perspectives on the same human being. Complete Medicine is the practice of holding all three at once.
Why I Build
I build because I believe healing knowledge should be free and accessible. Not locked behind paywalls or diluted by algorithms. Not reduced to clickbait or filtered through corporate interests.
That's why I created Anh Dep Trai — a Vietnamese health platform with extensive research articles written through the Complete Medicine lens. And Digital Dharma — a research synthesis where modern science meets ancient wisdom, with over a thousand articles mapping the territory where evidence-based medicine and contemplative traditions converge.
I also built Tin Vui — Vietnamese positive news, because good news deserves a platform too. And this site, williamle.net, is where I write and share on my own terms — no social media, no algorithms, just a person and a website.
If any of this resonates, I'd love to hear from you. Reach out, read the blog, or follow the stream.
